Obligations of Users
Users are prohibited from using the Website for the distribution of immoral and / or illegal information or to infringe rights, in particular trademark, copyright, patent or personality rights and the private sphere, as well as interests of third parties worthy of protection. Users are obliged to comply with copyright, trademark, criminal and youth protection laws when using the Website.

Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
Disputes arising from and in connection with the access to and use of the Website shall be governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and Austrian conflict of law rules of Austrian international private law. In the case of actions against consumers, the competent court is the court at the consumer’s domicile, habitual residence, or place of employment. In case of actions against users who are not consumers, the competent court for 1010 Vienna, Austria is agreed as the place of jurisdiction, but AMINA EU shall also be entitled to bring an action before any other competent court under applicable law.
